Mountain's Lap

Continuum Movement, a practice pioneered by Emilie Conrad, restores vitality, energy, calm and flexibility. In these challenging times, it can be a soothing balm for our ragged edges.

Continuum Movement restores the natural fluidity of our body’s movement. The element of water connects us to all life. Come join this play of life and connect to waters refreshing and rejuvenative nature through this elegant movement practice that involves simple sound streams (to stir the fluid that resides within our tissues), breathing patterns, and slow, organic movements.

Amber uses Continuum movement as a primary restorative practice in her work to promote resilience after injury, illness, chronic stress and trauma, and as a restorative movement and healing practice that is also playful and fun!

This dive series is a refreshing exploration of how life reveals itself in each and every breath and movement we create.
